Most complaints will be acknowledged by return, and all will be acknowledged within three (3) working days.
Where a problem takes longer than expected to reach an acceptable solution, we will keep you informed of progress.
Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours from receipt of order,
We are unable to cancel personalised orders once placed as the items are made specially for the individual and are therefore not mass produced.
Some items may take a little longer for delivery due to the processes involved in the manufacture, especially at peak periods such as Christmas etc. However we will keep you informed of any delays.
Products are described as accurately as possible, but colours, designs and materials may occasionally vary from those shown. (Colours due to website and browser limitations).
At Daves-Tees we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.
However items can only be exchanged if they contain an error on our part.
This will be done free of charge. Refunds cannot be given.
